Ƙungiyar malaman jami'a a Najeriya ta Academic Staff Union of Universities (ASUU) ta ƙaddamar da wani sabon tsari a madadin wanda gwamnatin Najeriya ta ce tilas sai jami'o'in sun fara amfani da shi.
Kazalika ASUU ta ce yajin aikin da take yi zai ci gaba har sai an biya musu buƙatunsu.
ASUU ta fito da tsarin University Transparency and Accountability Solution (UTAS) a madadin Integrated Personnel Payroll Information System (IPPIS) wanda gwamnatin ta amince da shi.
Jaridar Leadership a Najeriya ta rawaito shugaban ƙungiyar Biodun Ogunyemi yana cewa har yanzu UTAS yana nan daram ba wai kawai a matsayin madadin IPPiS ba, "tsarin da bai mutunta ɗabi'a da salon aikin koyarwar jami'o'in Najeriya ba".
A cewarsa: "Mun sha yin alƙawarin cewa za mu samar da wata manhaja da za ta dace da tsarin jami'o'in Najeriya da kuma biyan albashinsu haɗi da tattara bayanan malamai."
